Miracle Mountain Ranch Staff
Lew and Melodie Sterrett have served as the Executive Director and Administrative Consultant of MMRM since 1978. Both Lew & Melodie are involved with Teaching, Counseling, and the Administration of the Ranch. They also travel doing Sermon on the Mount presentations across the country. Except for a brief 3 years away when she was first married Melodie has lived at MMRM since 1963.
Ralph and Linda Magill joined MMR staff in 1978. Ralph is our Director of Camping. Ralph and Linda have six children, and Linda is homeschooling the youngest son still at home.
David and Rhonda Sterrett have been on staff since 1978. David acts as the Director of Maintenance. As well as homeschooling their two of their three children, Rhonda assists with office work and retreats.
Chip and Sandy Hungerford came on staff in 1988. Chip serves as the Director of Offices and Guest Services. Sandy, full time mom and teacher of their six children, is the Ranch Financial Secretary as well as teaching vaulting and camp store manager. Sandy is a graduate of C.A.M.P.
Matt and Jenni Cox came on staff in 1991. Matt serves as Director of Equine Ministries and Camping. Matt and Jenni have four children. Jenni homeschools their children as well as assisting Matt. Together they teach the 'Preparation for Marriage' class to CAMP students. Matt and Jenni are graduates of C.A.M.P.
Dan and Connie Cooper came on staff in 1994. Dan serves as the Director of C.A.M.P, Connie produces our News Letter and assists Dan as his secretary. Dan and Connie have three children and homeschool. They are also graduates of C.A.M.P.
Mark and Jen Brenner came on staff in 1996. Mark is the Head of Construction and teaches the CAMP Christian Ethics class. Jen teaches Horse Science to CAMP students. Mark and Jen homeschool their three children, and are graduates of C.A.M.P.

Patty May has served on staff since 1997. She is Dean of Women Students for the C.A.M.P. Apprenticeship program and Office Manager. Patty holds a Masters Degree in Christian Education. She has authored Wisdom’s House Bible Study Series and Wisdom’s House for Kidz. In 2008 both were translated and published in Korean.

Mark and Shari Carpenter came on staff in 2001. Mark is the Director of Operations. He heads up all construction and maintenance, in addition to teaching the CAMP class on Servant Leadership. Shari keeps busy homeschooling four of their six kids.
Donnie Rosie comes to us from Virginia. He attended the CAMP program 2000-02, served with Sermon on the Mount untill 2008 and now works as Resource and Marketing Manager for Miracle Mountain Ranch. He is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Business at Edinboro University of PA. Contact Donnie via email drosie@mmrm.org
Faith Campbell serves as the Food Service Director. She is a Camp Apprentice alumna (06-08).
Stephen Troester serves as Assistant Program Director. His responsibilities include: discipling program apprentices and summer staff, facilitating retreats, and sports equipment upkeep. He is a Camp Apprentice alumnus (04 – 06) and is from Somerville, ME.
Beth Haller serves as Head of Housekeeping. Her responsibilities include: discipling volunteers and apprentices, maintaining a neat facility, and hosptality to guests. She is a Camp Apprentice alumnus (04 – 06) and is from Land O' Lakes, FL.

INTERN STAFF:

Marilyn Lambert serves as Assistant Director of Equine Ministries. Her responsibilities include: horse training, instructing apprentices and summer staff, overall management of horse care and horse related ministry. She is a Camp Apprentice alumnus (03 – 05) and is from Randolph Center, VT.
Hilary Spencer serves as Assistant Program Director/Music Director. Her responsibilities include: discipling program apprentices and summer staff, facilitating retreats, scheduling, and orchestrating music. She is a Camp Apprentice alumnus (04 – 06) and is from Zelienople, PA.
